We are seeking an Assistant Engineering Manager at Hotel Bardo Savannah, who will be responsible for supporting the Director of Engineering in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering team. This role involves ensuring the efficient functioning of all engineering systems, equipment, and facilities within the resort premises. The Assistant Manager will assist in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction while also coordinating with other departments to meet operational goals.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

Preparing and cooking menu items, making Starbucks drinks, serving alcoholic beverages.

The Director of Sales & Marketing is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for traditional sales related segments to include group, volume transient & catering.  The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the property sales teams (rooms & catering) to insure budgeted revenues are met or exceeded. The Director of Sales & Marketing is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the sales and marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.

The General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel.

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing operations to improve productivity and efficiency.

The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for providing consistent leadership in the financial area of the hotel by supplying the accounting staff with guidance and training. He/she is also responsible for focusing on the profitability of the business, maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring acceptable levels on internal control, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and safeguarding owners/investors assets.

The Rooms Control Manager is responsible for assisting of managing Guest Services, Reservations and supporting Sales in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, and providing all external and internal guests/ customers with quality service while increasing revenue and establish a strong interdepartmental communication.  He/she is also responsible for participating in the weekly, monthly meetings and covering operational management shifts as needed.

The Complex Group Sales Manager is a remote position based in Oregon, Washington, or Alaska. He/she is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts on the pacific southwest region to positively impact hotel revenues. This position will be supporting Salmon Falls Resort and The Ketch Inn & Marina in Ketchikan, Alaska. 

The Director of Engineering is responsible for all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the engineering division.  He/she is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the hotel.

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division.  In the absence of the Director, the assistant will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.

The Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of bar operations and beverage outlets, while maintaining a profitable operation and high-quality products and service levels. They are expected to market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

 The Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of bar operations and beverage outlets, while maintaining a profitable operation and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.Education & Experience:- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.- High school diploma required.- College course work in related field helpful.- Previous supervisory responsibility required.- Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations

The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Marketing Manager will help coordinate and execute all marketing, advertising, promotional activities and social media campaigns
