Support the overall operation of both the Executive Office & Human Resource Department in daily administrative functions. Due to tremendous growth in our Select Service Division we are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our organization. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciling the general ledger accounts and performing the daily cash reconciliation and income journal process for each of his/her hotel assignments. The performance of this position will be primarily measured by how successful we are in the ensuring that all entries and reconciliations are completed daily. This position is hybrid from our corporate offices in Irving, TX.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Complex Director of Sales - Task Force is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for customary sales related segments to include group & volume transient for the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa South and Holiday Inn & Suites Tulsa South. The individual is expected to stay ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the property sales teams to ensure budgeted revenues are met or exceeded. This is a temporary position. Turn over of sales activity will be required at the conclusion of this assignment.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering department. In the absence of the Director, the Engineering Manager will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of restaurant outlet’s operations, while maintaining a profitable restaurant outlet and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
The Rooms Manager is responsible for assisting in management of Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, Communications, Reservations in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service while maximizing room revenue and productivity, and developing managers and employees.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for staffing qualified personnel; ensuring employment statute compliance; overseeing all aspects of wage, benefit, worker’s compensation unemployment; training program direction, implementation and administration; and employee relations coaching, counseling and discipline.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services/Transportation in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Assistant Director of Front Office is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Guest Services, Concierge in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division. In the absence of the Director, the assistant will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for handling and overseeing the procurement of goods and services through appropriate bidding processes to achieve optimum price value while maintaining superior quality consistent with Highgate Hotel’s established control policies and procedures. The Purchasing Manager also maintains and organizes the hotel’s storage facilities, ensures proper distribution, and assists in implementation of key controls associated with the procurement and accounting of goods and services
The Director of Engineering is responsible for all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the engineering division. He/she is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the hotel.
