The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources with a variety of Human Resources functions. They are also responsible for filling all hourly positions in a timely manner, accurate and timely completion of paperwork, the understanding and enforcement of company policies, and assisting with benefits and worker’s compensation duties.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
The Executive Chef is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel’s food production, while maintaining profitable F&B operations and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to provide training for all staff, meet corporate quality standards, establish and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. The Executive Chef is also responsible for controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
The Guest Relation Manager - is responsible for creating and executing experiences to enhance the guest’s stay with great care and an eye for detail. Facilitate and oversee every VIP and influencer visit with a focus on maximizing room revenue, productivity and developing managers and associates.

The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the property sales teams (rooms & catering) to insure budgeted revenues are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the sales and marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting Highgate’s Select Service Portfolio for the West Region. The General Manager Task Force is responsible for continually focusing on achieving assigned hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. You will be responsible to travel and fill in for key General Manager vacancies in your assigned region. .

The Area Director of Engineering is responsible for being part of an engineering team that will focus on corporate wide engineering issues as well as local hotel issues that require support or collaboration from the corporate team. The goal of the team will be to leverage the skills and talent of the engineering organization to maximize value to the guest, associates, and the hotel assets. The role will be based out of Residence Inn Foxborough and assist RI Franklin, RI Worcester, RI W. Springfield, and Homewood Suites Warwick.
The Breakfast Attendant - Club Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the Club Lounge, where the complimentray breakfast, snacksand beverages, and everning hors d'oeuvres are served. The position will be based at the Sheraton San Jose Hotel in Milpitas, Ca.

The Evening House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment in the afternoon/evening hours. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
