The Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciling the general ledger accounts and performing the daily cash reconciliation and income journal process for each of his/her hotel assignments. The performance of this position will be primarily measured by how successful we are in the ensuring that all entries and reconciliations are completed daily. This position is hybrid from our corporate offices in Irving, TX.

A Sommelier is a wine expert who works in a restaurant, bar, winery, culinary school or retail outlet. They are responsible for creating wine lists, recommending food and wine pairings, and advising guests on wine choices. They collaborate with chefs, manage the wine cellar, and ensure wines are served correctly.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services/Transportation in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Area Director of Sales & Marketing is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing area sales & synergies for hotels in the AZ area. This includes leading & driving top line revenue strategy for customary sales related segments to include group & volume transient. Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa is looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for ensuring the key functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and collections, are completed, in a timely and accurate manner. HOA Accounting is preferred.

The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel’s food production, while maintaining profitable F&B operations and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to provide training for all staff, meet corporate quality standards, establish and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. The Executive Sous Chef is also responsible for controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.

The Revenue Analyst is integral to the success of the Hotels’ Revenue Management team. The position will be responsible for the preparation of revenue reports that will assist the Complex Director of Revenue in implementing the Hotels’ yield strategies. In addition, the Revenue Analyst will be required to review and analyze reports such as Demand 360, STR, Agency 360 and other measurement tools and present revenue opportunities for the hotels. This position will support both The Joule in Dallas, TX and the Kimpton Mas Olas in Mexico.

The Assistant Director of Catering Sales is responsible for a quarterly and annual booking goal by actively and aggressively cold-calling accounts, making outside sales calls, hosting site inspections, and maintaining and growing new and existing client relationships. Assist with directing, coordinating, training, and supervising the Catering Sales Managers, Meeting Managers, Banquet Leadership, and Catering Administrator in all sales-related activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper catering sales administration. They are also responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that Catering revenues meet or exceed budget to maximize revenue and profits and improve the hotel’s performance in the marketplace.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
