The Area Director of Sales & Marketing is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for customary sales related segments to include group & volume transient for the anchored property (serving as Director of Sales & Marketing), and additionally responsible for overseeing and managing area sales & synergies for other market hotels assigned. The individual is expected to stay ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the property sales teams to insure budgeted revenues are met or exceeded. The Area Director of Sales & Marketing is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the sales and marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.This Area role is an ideal stepping stone toward gaining multi-hotel oversight experience in preparation for a larger regional oversight responsibility.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel.
The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering department. In the absence of the Director, the Engineering Manager will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering. This is a seasonal position from April to September 2024.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Housekeeping Department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.). Starting $15.00 p/h
Casino Table Games Manager is responsible for the managing of the dealers and the table games; assures they adhere to the company’s and the Gaming commissions policies and procedures.
The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel’s food production, while maintaining profitable F&B operations and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to provide training for all staff, meet corporate quality standards, establish and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. The Sous Chef is also responsible for controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.

The Area Director of Engineering is responsible for being part of an engineering team that will focus on corporate wide engineering issues as well as local hotel issues that require support or collaboration from the corporate team. The goal of the team will be to leverage the skills and talent of the engineering organization to maximize value to the guest, associates, and the hotel assets.
The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her specific geographic territory. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues. He/she is also responsible for month-end reporting and tracking of account production. The Sales Manager will have knowledge of GDS/Consortia, Entertainment, FIT/Wholesale and Tour & Travel related transient markets.
