Support the overall operation of both the Executive Office & Human Resource Department in daily administrative functions. The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for directing, coordinating, training and supervising the Sales Managers, Catering Manager(s) and Sales/Catering Administrators/Coordinators/Administrative Assistants in all sales-related activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper sales administration. He/she is also responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that Room revenues and Catering revenues meet or exceed budget in order to maximize revenue and profits, and to improve the hotel’s performance in the marketplace.
The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.
The Rooms Inventory Manager is a key team member responsible for the coordination and oversight of all facets of guest room reservation operations, functioning as the central hub between all departments including Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Central Reservations, and Finance.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining accurate and timely financial resporting; ensuring acceptable levels of internal control; ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and Highgate Hotels Standard Operating Procedures; and safeguarding owners/investors assets. For this role, the emphais is placed on the management of Payroll, Income Audit and Accounts Receivable processing and collections
The Director of Engineering is responsible for all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the engineering division. He/she is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the hotel.
The Complex Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments for the Residence Inn Denver Downtown and Residence Inn Denver Tech Center. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
The Sales/Catering Coordinator is responsible for clerical, administrative, marketing materials, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of Sales/Catering. He/she is also responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

For this role, the emphasis is placed on the management of income audit, depository bank reconciliations, recording of monthly expenses and support to resolve balance sheet variances. This position is Hybrid from our corporate office in Irving, TX.
The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.
The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
The Director of Marketing is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for traditional sales related segments to include group, volume transient. The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis. The Director of Marketing is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting Highgate’s Select Service Portfolio. The Assistant General Manager Task Force is responsible for assisting the Task Force General Manager in continually focusing on achieving assigned hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. You will be responsible to travel and fill in for key Manager vacancies in your assigned region.

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division. In the absence of the Director, the assistant will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.
