The Vice President of Finance is responsible for ensuring quality leadership in the financial area by providing both Area Directors of Finance and property Directors of Finance, Controllers, and management with guidance and training, focusing on the profitability of the business and supporting the SVP Finance in company/regional initiatives. They will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting; maintaining acceptable levels of internal control; ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations; complying with all Highgate Hotel’s policies and procedures; and safeguarding owners/investors assets.

The Complex Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments for the Residence Inn Denver Downtown and Residence Inn Denver Tech Center. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.

The PWSS Manager will have direct oversight of the PWSS reservation process and will be key in delivering a seamless guest experience.

The Wellness / Retreats Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues. 

The Sr. Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting the Director of Finance in maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting; ensuring acceptable levels of internal control; ensuring hotel compliance to Highgate Hotels Standard Operating Procedures; and support/coach team members. For this role, the emphasis is placed on the management of income audit, depository bank reconciliations, recording of monthly expenses and support to resolve balance sheet variances. This position is Hybrid from our corporate office in Irving, TX. 

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing operations to improve productivity and efficiency.

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels.  He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

The Stewarding Manager is responsible for the operations of the stewarding department during the afternoon and evening shifts to ensure proper washing of kitchen utensil sanitation.  He/she is also responsible for supervising the stewarding department and ensuring that all outlet surfaces and utensils are clean and in compliance with all Health department requirements and hotel guidelines.

The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.

The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Director of Marketing is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for traditional sales related segments to include group, volume transient.  The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis. The Director of Marketing is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting Highgate’s Select Service Portfolio. The Assistant General Manager Task Force is responsible for assisting the Task Force General Manager in continually focusing on achieving assigned hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. You will be responsible to travel and fill in for key Manager vacancies in your assigned region.

The Complex Director of Sales is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for customary sales related segments to include group & volume transient for the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa South/Holiday Inn & Suites Tulsa South. The individual is expected to stay ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the property sales teams to ensure budgeted revenues are met or exceeded. The Complex Director of Sales is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the sales and marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.This complex role is an ideal steppingstone toward gaining multi-hotel oversight experience in preparation for a larger regional oversight responsibility.
