This Area role is an ideal stepping stone toward gaining multi-hotel oversight experience in preparation for a larger regional oversight responsibility.
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for directing, coordinating, training and supervising the Sales Managers, Catering Manager(s) and Sales/Catering Administrators/Coordinators/Administrative Assistants in all sales-related activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper sales administration. He/she is also responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that Room revenues and Catering revenues meet or exceed budget in order to maximize revenue and profits, and to improve the hotel’s performance in the marketplace.
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.

The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel’s food production, while maintaining profitable F&B operations and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to provide training for all staff, meet corporate quality standards, establish and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. The Executive Sous Chef is also responsible for controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
The Director of Sales & Marketing is primarily responsible for leading & driving top line revenue strategy for traditional sales related segments to include group, volume transient & catering. The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the property sales teams (rooms & catering) to insure budgeted revenues are met or exceeded. The Director of Sales & Marketing is also responsible for developing and implementing a marketing communications plan designed to achieve the desired positioning for the hotel, as well as managing the sales and marketing budget that supports revenue attainment.
The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, folding and distributing all soiled linens and towels. Other duties directed by management are also applicable in an effort to assist the hotel's while maintaining brand standards. $19.00 per hour.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Assistant Director of Guest Experience is responsible for leading our Guest Experience and Concierge department along-side the Director of Guest Experience. The primary focus of this position is to drive consistent Five Star experiences for our most discerning and VIP guests via a highly engaged team that is committed to delivering on processes and procedures. They are also empowered to deal with complaints from guests and should assist all associates to create moments of magic. The performance of this position effects guest satisfaction and an impression of the service the Hotel provides. This impression can lead to repeat business and reputation enhancements.To serve the guests in a Five Star manner. Assure highest quality of the Department by working in an efficient and conscious manner, as well as, maintaining and developing the highest service standards possible.
