The Marketing Manager – On-Site & Experiential Marketing will play a pivotal role in elevating the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach by executing impactful, on-property marketing initiatives. This role complements the existing digital-focused Marketing Manager by overseeing guest-facing activations, group sales and events support, influencer relations, media engagement, and content production. The goal is to enhance the resort’s visibility and programming, improve guest satisfaction, and directly contribute to incremental revenue.
The Complex Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
