The Director Of Catering Sales is responsible for soliciting new catering accounts, entertaining and sustaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed revenue goals. He/she must have a strong knowledge of weddings and understand the importance of prospecting in creating new sales opportunities for the hotel. He/she is also responsible to coordinate and service client functions to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitable operations and high quality products and service levels. Candidates must be comfortable in problem solving with client relationships and event management.

The Sales Reservations Manager is responsible for maximizing Rooms revenue through management of the hotel’s room inventory, and for assisting in managing of the day-to-day activities and duties of the Sales and Reservations Department.

The Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising assigned group business after it is booked by the sales department, and through completion of the event or function, while maintaining profitable operations and high-quality products and service levels. The employee is expected to market ideas to promote business; Reduce employee turnover; Maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high. The Executive Meeting Manager is also responsible for acting as a liaison between client and operating departments to ensure a successful meeting and to generate repeat business.

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Housekeeping Department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing operations to improve productivity and efficiency of the Guest Services.

The Engineering Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering department. In the absence of the Director and the Assistant Director, the Engineering Manager will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Housekeeping Department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Director of Front Office is responsible for ensuring the operation of Guest Services, Valet, and Front Desk service in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service while maximizing room revenue and productivity, and developing managers and employees. This position will also be a liaison to leased restaurant and retail operations that are based in the hotel.
