This role is responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, driving service excellence, supporting financial performance, and developing a high-performing team. Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and events service
Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to ensure service excellence
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
Partner with Culinary leadership to ensure seamless service execution
Manage scheduling, labor controls, and staffing levels to meet business demands
