Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Systems Analyst I to support enterprise-wide IT operations and systems administration. This position is ideal for tech-forward, self-motivated individuals/candidates looking to explore emerging technologies like AI and automation, while contributing to operational excellence across our current corporate platforms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business/system workflows across IT.
  • Create & maintain SOP documentation, FAQs, and policy updates for tools & processes.
  • Conduct periodic audits for several business applications and provide guidance, recommendation steps to stay in compliance.
  • Lead & support with administering forms using jotforms, MS forms etc. to meet the needs of business and/or processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve form usability & data collection processes
  • Assist with managing SharePoint sites including IT Portal development and support other departmental pages/requests.
  • Monitor ticketing workflows in AutoTask and enable monitoring/tracking of dashboards/queues.
  • Coordinate with managed service providers and internal teams to track ticket metrics.
  • Identify patterns and educate/train teams for efficiency and continuous improvements.
  • Assist in managing user access for business applications in scope for IT and partner with other technical teams to assist with SSO configurations & rollouts.
  • Maintain internal IT support documentation and training resources through lunch n learn sessions, internal learning management system, etc.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred with relevant internship experience or 2+ years of experience in IT as a Systems / Applications Analyst.
  • Exposure to using SharePoint, Jotforms, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with diagramming tools – Lucidchart. MS Visio.
  • Understanding and basic knowledge of tools like JIRA, Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of support processes and ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of integrations, workflows.
  • Strong documentation & organization skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
