    Overview

    The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of Food & Beverage outlets operations, while maintaining a profitable Food & Beverage department, high quality products, service levels and standards.  This position is expected to maintain payroll budgets and develop a high performing team.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of all outlets.
    • Manage outlet personnel
    • Ensure preparation of required reports, including (but not limited to) payroll, revenue, schedules, and invoices.
    • Oversee hiring practices.
    • Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
    • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
    • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
    • Extensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic beverage required
    • Possesses valid Clark County Health Department Health Card
    • At least 3 years in a Food and Beverage Management, high volume, multi outlet operation.
    • Possesses valid SNHD Food Handlers Card
    • Possesses valid Alcohol Awareness Card
