    The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation, while maintaining a profitable Food & Beverage department, high quality products, service levels and standards.  This position would be expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.


    • Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlets.
    • Supervise outlet personnel and Food & Beverage Managers.
    • Assist in coordinating and monitoring all phases of Loss Prevention in the outlet.
    • Ensure preparation of required reports, including (but not limited to) payroll, revenue, schedules, invoices and quarterly actions plans.
    • Develop and assist in menu planning and preparation.
    • Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations.
    • Develop and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures in all outlets.
    • Oversee hiring practices
    • Understand, implement and monitor corporate promotions
    • Ensure compliance with all Marriott Standards


    • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
    • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
    • At least 7 years in a Food and Beverage Management, high volume, multi outlet operation.
    • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
    • Possesses valid SNHD Food Handlers Card
    • Possesses valid Alcohol Awareness Card
    • Knowledgeable in Food and Beverage cost control systems and methods
    • Has thorough operational food service sanitation regulation knowledge
    • Preferred ServeSafe certification
    • Extensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic beverage required
