The Director of Engineering is responsible for all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the engineering division. He/she is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the hotel. The primary purpose of this position is to direct and oversee the daily functions of the Engineering Department while conducting security, safety, risk management and enforcement duties in a courteous manner, such as handling emergencies, incidents, threats and violations to life and property, in order to maintain a safe and secure environment. Provide the safety and security for all guests and team members by ensuring that the premises are maintained in accordance with all laws, regulations, and codes pertaining to safety and security.
