The Vice President Operations is responsible for providing corporate support and leadership to the six managed hotels in Peru. This role will work in close partnership with all Highgate and ownership function heads and provide leadership, resources and influence to positively affect the overall performance of the region. This position functions as the business leader for the Latin America market, ensuring achievement of all financial, customer, employee and owner targets. S/he will be responsible of the professional management of hotel operations to Highgate standard and the highest level of service while maximizing the bottom line. The senior leader will be a dynamic, experienced, and motivated mentor to the Regional General Managers and Executive Team as well as ensuring the hotels are continually in line with and carrying out the strategic goals and direction of the organization. This position will be based in Peru with travel required to six managed hotels in region.
