    Overview

    Unique and amazing opportunity to represent and sell six Hilton branded Hotels in New York City. We are seeking a motivated, energized and top producing sales personality to join our fun loving team. Combined, our six hotels offer 2,600 guestrooms and 23,000 sf of versatile meeting and events space.

    This role would be well suited for an individual with Branded Hotel experience. Multi Hotel experience is preferred but not a requirement.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Keen knowledge of business channels, corporate travel buying process and corporate & travel agency customer relationships required.
    • Must have strategic planning & presentation skills, ability to identify new business potential.
    • Solicit, complete and execute RFP’s.
    • Work closely with Hilton Worldwide Sales to gain new BTS accounts and market share.
    • Aggressively pursue new account acquisition & diversification guided by HT360.
    • Secure local back yard & pursue middle market accounts with less annual volume.
    • Prepare to be flexible & market competitive (rates & concessions).
    • Implement aggressive Consortia & Business Travel Agency direct sales & marketing support plan for key accounts

    Qualifications

    • Applicants must have both NYC & major brand experience, preferably Hilton.
    • Candidate should be well versed in business travel sales with sound customer base/segmentation knowledge associated.
    • The ideal candidate will have the ability to negotiate contracts and effectively direct sales team for multi hotels.
    • Looking for a hands-on individual with excellent time management & presentation skills that can plan, lead, and implement day to day activities related to business travel sales.
