This is a newly created position for a strong Human Resources Leader to join a dynamic high growth organization. The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for staffing qualified personnel; ensuring employment statute compliance; overseeing all aspects of wage, benefit, worker’s compensation unemployment; training program direction, implementation and administration; and employee relations coaching, counseling and discipline for their home based hotel in addition to strategic HR oversight in other assigned hotels in their region. This role will be based in Las Vegas with additional HR oversight in our Western Region of hotels.
