    Formerly known as the Ritz-Carlton Battery Park, this 254-room hotel has been rebranded as The Wagner, an independent lifestyle hotel located in the Battery Park neighborhood of Manhattan. The hotel boasts guestrooms with Statue of Liberty views and is within steps of One World Observatory, the 9/11 Museum, and South Street Seaport.

    The Operations Analyst will provide key analysis, metrics, and trend information across Highgate's portfolio of managed hotels. In addiition to provide support to the Executive Office on day to day basis


    • Strategic planning and execution to reduce costs, improve productivity and enhance profitability throughout the organization
    • Accurately and thoroughly report status of finances on a weekly basis via a Financial Dashboard
    • Create Business Dashboard on a weekly basis
    • Overseeing of the development and management of the annual operating and capital budgets
    • Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness
    • Manage operational efficiency, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance
    • Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that expectations are exceeded
    • Analyzing reports and presenting results/findings (i.e. trend analysis); providing statistical analysis in laymen's terms
    • Constant improvement of reporting and auditing within each department
    • Review and analyze business plans and actual performance of hotel investments
    • Perform due diligence using multiple sources of information including income statements,    balance sheets, Industry specific research reports, management/franchise agreements, land survey’s, site/building plans, leases, appraisals, mortgage underwriting/lending documents, and market studies
    • Gather and maintain market data and research on industry trends and happenings
    • Perform risk assessments to determine areas of concern
    • Improve audit plans to validate that controls exist and effectively mitigate risks and execute those plans within given timelines, communicating results to management through concise audit reports


    • Minimum (2) two years of college, degree desirable.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Prefer 2 years experience in a similar position in similar operation
    • Experience with Delphi
    • Experience with Microsoft Office- particularly Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Catering sales experience preferred
    • Knowledge of Superior relationship-building skills and able to effectively network.
    • Fluency in a foreign language preferred.
